INSPIRE
The INSPIRE Program at Evergreen Parks and Recreation District INcorporates opportunities for Social, Physical and Inclusive Recreational Experiences for individuals with disabilities. INSPIRE believes that everyone, regardless of ability, deserves choices for health, leisure, recreation, education, advocacy, and wellness to enhance the quality of their lives. They offer Adaptive Climbing, Bowling, Golf, Gymnastics, Swimming, Therapeutic Horseback Riding, Track, Outings, Events and more!
Resilience1220
Resilience1220 provides free counseling services to youth ages 12-20 in the mountain communities west of Denver. Through individual counseling, support groups, and community outreach, they work to raise awareness of the social, emotional, and mental-health issues young adults face, and to provide the necessary life skills to create wellness and resiliency in their lives.
Crutches 4 Africa
Cutches 4 Africa collects used and surplus mobility devices, ships them to developing countries, and distributes them for free to people with physical mobility challenges. This includes crutches, ankle boots, walkers, wheelchairs, canes, walkers, prosthetics, and more. They have provided for over 212,000 recipients.
