Dr. Paul Dobransky will return to for the second session of his talk on mental health. This week he will talk about some possible solutions for our national mental health problems. You may remember that he told us that the main reason for our excessive mental health illnesses is our ack of guardrails. He believes that our “anything goes” lifestyle has made us a narcissistic country where more character is needed. I believe he defined character as that internal voice that directs us towards the right thing, not the easy thing. I know we are all looking forward to Dr. Dobransky’ s return.

Are there those among you who would enjoy an outing to the Rockies’ game on Aug.21st? That is a Sunday and Rotary day. The cost is $31 and we could take the train to avoid a big parking bill. The train works well letting passengers off at Union Station. Pease let me know if you have interest.

The lake concert didn’t work well as only three Rotarians came. We are scheduled to go there on Aug. 10th. Do you want to keep this date?
