A good time and a good cause…. International Medical Corps offering relief to people affected by the Ukraine war

I received lots of favorable comments about Duncan Miller’s presentation. Polarity theory could be a great way to manage differences of opinion. In my business career, differences of opinion were always resolved. We couldn’t have part of the organization going one way and the others another. That sometimes meant that both sides moved off their rigidness to something in between.

I will pursue getting him back to do his Charles Schultz presentation.
