This week we are bowling at Wild Game beginning at 6:30. It should be fun.
Again, this week we are asking for ticket selling help. So far 7 Rotarians have volunteered. The long-term weather forecast shows mild temperatures next weekend. We have made ticket sales very simple…show up for two hours and greet neighbors.

We will be hearing from Bob Rose, Evergreen Rotary Club, who is active in the District 5450 Peace initiative. Diane and Kay already know about this because he will be bringing to your attention the joint effort of Evergreen RC and Conifer RC to host a “peace workshop,” “Empowering Compassionate Peacebuilding, a workshop in the art of nonviolent communication.” It was discussed at the last Evergreen RC meeting I attended, just before Christmas, and it sounds fascinating. This is a professional workshop, with experienced faculty. It is held over Friday-Sunday, February 24-26.
There is a District training session on Jan 24th concerning membership growth. It will be a zoom meeting at 7PM. It will feature best practices and will be good for any member, but particularly for membership committee members. Sign up on the district website.
