This week our District Governor, Ray Anderson will be our program, and next week we will have one of Dave Brewick’s great history lessons and the week after that Jeffco Sheriff Jeff Shrader will be our speaker. Three high powered programs, yet our attendance has been truly disappointing.
Last week our club of 44 members had 10 attending. Our meetings are well run and yet our attendance is disappointing. `I have always believed that good attendance flows from worthwhile programs and well run meetings, but there must be something else at play.
I sincerely hope all three of these powerful meetings will generate good attendance. I don’t want to be negative, but hopefully this nudge will generate some better attendance.
On Oct. 29th there will be a Boogie at the Barn concert at Wild Game. Tickets are on sale through the www.boogieatthebarn.com website at $25. The event starts at 5PM. The beneficiary is Maren’s program, and we are a sponsor.
