We have just 17 more ticket selling days in which we can sell ice melt tickets. We stop selling at 11:59 PM on the 17th. Let us really push hard to end with a flourish of sales. The size of the checks we give to Inspire, EChO and C4A will largely depend on the job we all do selling tickets.
We are slowly getting our shots and soon we will be 90% less likely to become covid19 victims. Having said that, a good friend who had not yet gotten his shots, was feeling so good about the dropping numbers of cases and hospitalizations that he returned to his exercise facility. A few days later, his symptoms came. and he was diagnosed with the disease. The lesson…be careful, it’s not over.
I plan to press Mount Vernon for a firm date at which time we can return to face to face meetings. Hopefully, we can identify a return to live meetings date. We’ll have a party that night.
During this time, I plan to scope out and purchase the technology we need to support hybrid meetings. If we are going to provide hybrid meetings, we have to do a better job than we did before the latest lockdown.
So, I have a couple of important survey questions to ask. Please just respond to me directly and I will collect opinions before the next board meeting. If you don’t respond, you lose your right to comment on the decisions the board makes.

On non-board meeting nights, we will have a social time from 5:45 to 6:00. Bring your beverage and hang out with your Mountain Foothills friends. You can come earlier if you wish as it will not take anyone to let you in since we changed the process to a password vs. managed entrance process.
