SPECIAL EDITION!

This week's speaker will be Tyler Bryant, Community Relations Manager for Xcel Energy

Xcel is using more long-term planning to target places where growth in the electrical system is actually happening. The utility is also developing new substations and using batteries to power local grids
Please come prepared with any questions you might have, after the PSPS – (public safety power shutoffs) our area experienced last winter, there has been a lot of MFRC Members who have asked to speak to an Xcel representative who can explain what to expect in the future
