Cindy Rold

Cindy Rold has been a member of the Rotary Club of Littleton since 2015, serving as its President in 2021-2022. She was President of the Littleton Rotary Foundation, chaired the club’s Centennial Committee celebrating its 100-year history, was Director of the International Service Committee, and chaired a large, successful fundraising campaign on behalf of the club to benefit Nourish Meals on Wheels. She is a Major Donor to The Rotary Foundation and a member of the Paul Harris Society and the Polio Plus Society. She received her Club’s Service Above Self Award in 2020.

Cindy is a Colorado native who grew up in Lakewood. Cindy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Carroll College (now Carroll University) in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and received her law degree from Northwestern University. In 2017, she received Carroll University’s Distinguished Alumna Award for Community Service in recognition of a lifetime of exemplary volunteerism.

Cindy worked as a senior law school administrator for 12 years, including Dean of Admissions at Duke Law and Dean of Students at the University of Denver College of Law. She started a leadership coaching business over 20 years ago and has coached high-performing professionals from 38 countries at companies such as Facebook, Hampton, and KPMG. She is also a photo coach, helping individuals and families share and preserve their photos and documents for now and for generations to come.

An avid traveler, she has visited over 65 countries (including the USSR twice) and had traveled to all 50 states before she was 30. She is a proud aunt to 9 nieces and nephews and 8 great-nieces and nephews.
