Erika Armstrong
How Personality Affects Decision Making 
Erika brings over 30 years of leadership experience across the aviation industry, from the front desk at a small FBO in Minnesota to captaining corporate jets and commercial airliners. Her diverse career spans roles as a Red Cross, charter, corporate, cargo, hazmat, and air ambulance pilot, flying 28 different aircraft in business aviation before moving into the airline captain’s seat.
 She is also an aviation university educator, Instructional Designer, VP of Business Development, and the author of the bestselling book A Chick in the Cockpit, which is currently being developed as a screenplay, further extending her influence in the industry.

Ebenezer Norman
New Dimension of Hope
A New Dimension of Hope (NDHope) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Denver, Colorado. Our founder, Ebenezer Norman, was born and raised in Liberia. As a teenager, he moved to the U.S. to pursue higher education. On a 2010 visit to Liberia’s capital of Monrovia, Norman was inspired to found an organization that would educate the children of Liberia to globally competitive standards. He named it “A New Dimension of Hope” in recognition of the cornerstone philosophy: it is only through true ownership that the cycle of poverty may be broken.
