Looking forward:
It looks like we will be back in our meeting space at Mount Vernon in April. Our plan is to implement a hybrid model in which we will support both zoom attendance and in person attendance. We hope to overcome the technology problems we had previously. We are currently looking at purchasing an Owl Lab’s meeting premium pack – It is a 360 Degree, 1080p Smart Video Conference Camera, Microphone, and Speaker. It focuses in on whoever is speaking allowing their picture to be projected onto the zoom screen.
Golden Rotary has one of these devices and has promised to help us demo it before we have to purchase our own equipment.
