We are only two weeks away from our big coming together party.
You hope your are planning on attending.....We will be meeting live on April 14th. at Mount Vernon. This will be our first IN-PERSON meeting. We’ll have some nice hors d’oeuvers, a cash bar and entertainment.
This would be an ideal time to bring a friend who you think might enjoy Rotary. We will accommodate social distancing as we return to a physical meeting.

A welcoming team will be calling you to get a head count, but more importantly to let you know how much we want to see you on the 14th.

During the month of April we will be participating in another food drive for EChO and it’s clients. This is a difficult time of the year as the need is there, but we are busy with spring events and the food needs are somewhat out of our thoughts. We will again bring our contributions to Bill Downes office 32186 Castle Court Suite 100 in Evergreen. The building is between the Fire Training Center and the Evergreen Animal Clinic. Let’s be generous again.

It’s time to register for this year’s District Conference. It will be a hybrid which means part will be by zoom and some in person by a limited number of personal attendees. The event will be May 6, 7 and 8th. Register at the district 5450 website….  https://portal.clubrunner.ca/50085

May 7th. will be the in person reception and dinner at the Arvada Center with a limit of 150 people. May 6th will be the virtual learning and business meeting

May 7th. will stream virtual programming and May 8th. the District wide day of service. I hope we will be well represented.

We announced last week that Bob Zavodsky has agreed to head up the golf tournament committee. If you want to help, let Bob know.

This week will be our board meeting beginning at 5 with the regular meeting beginning at  6:30. All are welcome.
