The work has started for this year’s ice melt under the direction of Keith Dragon, this year’s chair. This weekend several Rotarians attended the Alternative Gift Fair to sell tickets, and volunteers are being sought to sell tickets at the Holiday Walk coming up.
We have traditionally asked each member to either sell $100 of tickets or to buy that amount. I will be calling to see which is your preference, but you could reduce my calling by responding which you prefer.

Thanks to Kelly Garrod for an interesting program last week. As I listened to the conditions being described I couldn’t help thinking how lucky we are to not have been born in a place where a raging river controls our ability to do anything.  They have no medical care, no mobility outside their village, and no ability to have any creature comforts. The comparison should shame us for our complaining.

Bob’s talk should be very informative. We are fortunate to have Bob’s leadership as it relates to our foundation. He is a professional and his good work is appreciated.
