The Wrecklunds
THE WRECKLUNDSFor the past four years, Evergreen Colorado's the Wrecklunds have been a 5-piece bluegrass and acoustic Americana/rock outfit. This season they are excited to announce the addition of keyboards and drums to the lineup as well as occasional horns. The band has been a force along the Front Range and continues to grow and define itself. The Wrecklunds feature renown singer Bryan Eklund (Rapture Valley, Bobber Johnson, Woodfire), fiddle player Kyle O’Brien (Henhouse Prowlers, Earl Brothers), mandolin player Mark Swaim (Home, Soul Tyme), banjo player Brandt Miller (Restless Leg String Band, Steepland String Band), and doghouse bass player Eric Drobny (40 Gallon Still, Some Train Yard). Within the last year the Wrecklunds have released their debut album ‘Moon Over Broadway’, produced by Vince Herman (of Leftover Salmon fame) and performed on the Rockygrass main stage as finalists in the Planet Bluegrass band competition as well as many other memorable shows for their supportive fans. With tight vocal-harmonies, masterful instrumentation and songcraft, and a passion for live performance, the Wrecklunds are a must-see act for Colorado music fans before their music takes them across the country and around the world. A must see! Meet by the lake |
